I had an amazing stay at The Lodge At Lolo Hot Springs. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and the rooms were comfortable with beautiful views. The private grottos for soaking in the natural hot springs were a true luxury, and I loved that they were included in the cost of the room. The on-site store was convenient for any forgotten items, and the resident dog, Tana, added a friendly touch. The lack of phones and Wi-Fi allowed me to truly disconnect, and the extensive DVD and game selection was a bonus. everything was perfect, and I hope to return next summer!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Location in mountains.
Four issues: 1. Room misrepresented on website. Room was described as a double room but only one bed in room. Was told that double meant double bed. I travel for a living and stay in many hotels across the United States and not once has a double room been described as a double sized bed instead of 2 beds, at least at all the hotels I frequent. 2. No room service (changing of linens, trash emptied, towels exchanged). For $140/night, my expectation is to have my room serviced. 3. We booked 2 rooms next door to one another and both rooms ran out of hot water after 10 minutes. Cold shower when 35 degrees outside is unacceptable. 4. Upon entering room on first night, we were greeted by a swarm of flys. Room was very clean other than fly issue.

The proprietors were so eager to please & generous with their time.
We were incorrect in interpreting the hot springs being right outside our room. They are inside, in another building in fact (both of them) not right outside your guest room door.

jWay over priced for what you get. About $50 would be ok. room not fu,rnished well at all. No Cleanex, old hard pillows, no shampoo, no hangers for the clothes and noisy fan in the bathroom. I would not recommend the place to no one.
Very little. There was even knapp weed growing outside the door. That is a terrible weed and most everyone is trying to elimate it. Grounds not mowed and piles of wood and posts near the buildings. Am sorry the but place is a mess

The lodge is surrounded by forest, but located near us12 Highway. Fresh air around, the room is designed in country style. Us12 to the West of the hotel is worth alone to visit that area of Montana.
We found the room rate slightly higher than it was worth. Breakfast is poor. The lodge and the front desk in particular are not clearly signposted, so it was not easy to found after dark. The front desk closes at 10pm, yet it took about 10 minutes to call a member of staff and check in at 11pm.

It was on the way to where we were going.
It looked like a nice place but we were shunted to an outbuilding with old beds very small rooms.

The stunning location and beautiful property made our stay unforgettable. The staff provided exceptional customer service, exceeding our expectations. The corner bar and grill was a highlight, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We made new friends and had a lot of fun. The selection of CD movies made up for no TV reception.
Felt lucky, nothing to complain about.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean.
There was no TV, no cell or computer services. The mattresses were not comfortable, as they sagged in the middle. Overall the room and amenities were overrated for the price.

I recently stayed at a lodge located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by scenic mountains and hiking trails. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the friendly staff were knowledgeable about the history of the area. The lodge had an inviting lobby with cozy seating areas, where guests could relax and enjoy board games or DVDs from the extensive collection. Additionally, the hot springs on the premises offered a relaxing and private experience.
The lodge lacked cell service, but WiFi was available in the main building only.

Close to my favourite wild hot springs and snowy lolo pass.
Limited phone service. No land lines supplied to rooms and no cell phone service

The website glamorized it more than the real thing. The hot-springs were decieving although we used them. they were indoors and no info on their actualy authenticity. Rooms were clean, towels were old and small, manager was delightful but could use a uniform. Will only recommend to winter-goers.
